After you login to the agency setup using your administrator ID and password click on User Maintenance. Within the maintenance screen you will see the options to Add New User...

Next select Policy Inquiry and search by the policy number, FEIN, insured name, or DBA. Once the policy is loaded selected the Documents tab. Please use the form at the top to request this information, if necessary. After logging in with your admin information, expand the blue links to view your commission statements. Login as the producer and select Tools & Reports on the left side navigation. Select Void Policy Request and search for the policy you wish to void. If it has been more than 48-hours, you can cancel the policy (cancellation fee included) by doing an online endorsement. They can login with their policy number and Zip Code to submit a payment with a checking account or credit card.
